Happy Valentines Day!

Aaahhhh ... Valentines Day. A day for love. A day for togetherness. A day for work? And gymnastics? And hosting school parties? *sigh* So much for the idea of a nice romantic day together.

The good news is that we get to have some "us" time this weekend while the kids go spend it with Brian's parents. We're going to take a day trip to the beach one day and go see "Ghost Rider" another. Besides that we're just going to enjoy hanging out together.

We usually don't do gifts for each other, but this year I wanted to make him something that he could take with him to Academy. Here it is:
